Easy pick up. Harsh at YVR was FANTASTIC; vehicle wasn't ready so he gave us an upgrade which was really nice for our family stay. Super appreciated.Drop off was also very easy and due to a lot of Air Canada drama, we were extreeeeemely tight on time to get to the terminal with our luggage but the employee was amazing and had the shuttle come right to the car to get us and the bags. I will absolutely use SIXT again!
